Registered users: Download a fully functional copy of the latest version to your C:\Library Vault directory.
New and unregistered users: Create a directory named C:\Library Vault and download a partially functional copy of the latest version. You will be able to access all features of Library Vault with the exception of the ability to upload library settings back to the processor or the ability to download a block of libraries from the processor.
